St Thomas attractions

St Thomas is an absolutely gorgeous island and St Thomas attractions are easily explored from serene US Virgin Islands villas. The island is mountainous and hiking in St Thomas can provide amazing vistas of the Caribbean Sea and its expanses of white beaches.

Be sure to explore Charlotte Amalie, the lovely capital of St Thomas, when you book Virgin Islands vacation rentals. The Charlotte Amalie Harbour is the most visited harbour in the Caribbean Sea and has wonderful shops, fantastic bars and delicious seafood restaurants.

Magens Bay & Drake’s Seat

Visiting Magens Bay on St Thomas will bring you relaxation on velvet white sand and calm crystal water. At Coral World see the open shark pool and let the kids get close to the marine world at the touch pool where the whole family can get close enough to touch sea creatures.

There is also a huge tank showcasing the marine life of the St Thomas area. Other St Thomas attractions include the Mahogany Run Golf Club, panoramic views from Drake’s Seat and the Paradise Point Tramway. Sailing in St Thomas is excellent along with sea kayaking and snorkelling in Magens Bay.

St Croix Tourism

Visiting St Croix villas would not be complete without snorkelling Buck Island and its marvellous underwater nature trail. Estate Whim Plantation is a fine example of the booming sugar cane days on St Croix. In addition to sugar mills, St Croix is known for excellent rum, the liquor of the warm Caribbean Islands. Discover all there is to know about rum and sample the sweetness at the famous Cruzan Rum Distillery.

The Heritage Trail is an important part of St Croix tourism. Walking the trails that make up St Croix’s Heritage Trail will take you throughout the island to secluded beaches, sugar cane plantations and historic landmarks.

Christiansted & Teague Bay

Christiansted is the main city of St Croix. It has been plundered by pirates and is celebrated as a lovely Danish early settlement. The buildings are beautiful and for great food Christiansted can satisfy any palate. For the best beaches in St Croix make sure you visit Teague Bay, Buck Island and Cane Bay Beach and be sure to enjoy the many watersports offered along the seafront.

Trunk Bay

Of the US Virgin Islands, St John is smaller than both St Croix and St Thomas. As the other two islands gained momentum in the tourism industry, St John has largely been kept as a residential island. It has since become more visited because of the tranquillity it provides its guests.

The island now has great tourism amenities yet retains its quiet charm. Cruz Bay has the busiest beaches and is the liveliest part of the island. St John has excellent boating opportunities including sailing and charter fishing.

St John’s Trunk Bay is one of the most idyllic beaches in the world. It is just stunning. Hawksnest Bay and Cinnamon Bay are brilliant places for laying out a towel and soaking up the glorious sunshine while the soft lull of the waves quiets your soul.

Idyllic US Virgin Island attractions await you from US Virgin Islands villas and condo rentals available to book today with
