Thailand beach and Koh Samui full moon party

Koh Samui is a gorgeous island off the east coast of Thailand. The island is one of the top Thailand beach destinations if you would like to discover a full moon party on a Thailand beach. To add to its already legendary party reputation, 2004 saw the first Koh Samui Music Festival. The music can be heard near and far, and the pad thai and Singha Beer is in full flow.

Koh Samui Music Festival & Full Moon Party

For ten whole glorious days Koh Samui is bursting with musicians and the people there to enjoy them. The Koh Samui Music Festival is very young having started in only 2004, but it is already Thailand's biggest modern music festival. From the end of September to the beginning of October this island rocks, and just imagine having a Full Moon Party on a Thailand beach tossed into the mix. Book your Thailand villas well ahead of time, as accommodation is limited.

The festival's music is modern encompassing pop, rock, blues, modern jazz beats, reggae and world beats. Past bands and acts have included the likes of UB40, The Blues Brothers, Jerry Lee Lewis, Jools Holland and The Wailers. The food is plentiful and the Mekong buckets are bottomless. Head to a classic Thailand beach after the shows where the party is sure to keep going until dawn.

Lie your head down at dawn on a Thailand beach after the Koh Samui music festival or full moon party, or on your own pillow in the comfort of Thailand villas which you can find through VillasPeople.com.
