Palmilla Resort

Palmilla Resort is one of the most famous courses in Baja California. It was one of the original course in the area and was designed by golfing great, Jack Nicklaus. The 27 hole championship course is in Cabo overlooking the Sea of Cortez. One of the best holes at Palmilla is on the Ocean Nine, 3rd hole. Look for a Baja vacation rental near your favourite Cabo San Lucas golf course in Baja on VillasPeople.com.

Cabo Real

The Cabo Real Resort host two extraordinary championship golf courses. The original is aptly called Cabo Real. The terrain at times is volatile and has ample bunkers. This is a very challenging course designed to test strategy, skill and patience.

El Dorado Golf Club is the newer course in Cabo Real and is designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are bunkers-a-plenty and just to make it even more interesting six holes abut the sea and a further six bring the four course lakes into play. Beware of the 16th! I nice stiff drink at the golf club is well deserved after playing either of these courses!

Querencia

Stunning Querencia is the first course designed by Tom Fazio outside of the USA. While many of Cabo’s courses play to the ocean, Querencia plays to the mountains. There is only one water hole, but be sure that it is an absolute hazard! Querencia features a stat of the art, immaculate practice area that is a must to see.

Cabo del Sol

Jack Nicklaus has certainly been busy around Cabo where he also brought to fruition Cabo del Sol, noted by Golf Magazine as one of the Top 100 Courses in the World, The 500 Best Holes in the World (the 5th and 17th).

Golfing in Cabo

Golf Digest awards Cabo del Sol Top 10 Public Golf Courses and Best 100 Courses Outside the US. Even Jack Nicklaus said of Cabo del Sol: “The three finest finishing holes in all of golf” and “The best piece of golf property I’ve ever seen.” So, that's enough said about Cabo San Lucas golf courses. Have you booked your Baja vacation rental yet?
